You’d never know this was a two-family home by looking at it! We brought this standard three-bed 1950s ranch into the new century, giving it tons of character and tons of new living space. The client bought this home with the intent of creating an owner-occupied two-family, and we were able to do just that. Two garage bays and the entire second floor are dedicated to the homeowners. The new addition houses a large open floor plan with a guest bedroom + bathroom and a full primary suite, while the existing home remains completely separate for renters.
